Regional restaurant bartenders and distillery personnel prepare specialty Bourbon drinks to be judged by a select group of Bourbon experts. Winner becomes the official drink for 2009. $25 entry fee per recipe, pre-registration for entrants required. Admission $5 per person. (Must be 21).
